Conference Guidelines

We are looking forward to welcoming you to 121 Mining Investment New York 2024, to be held at etc.venues 360 Madison on 3 – 4 June 2024. Please read the below information carefully and make necessary arrangements before your travel.

Accommodation

Conference attendees will be eligible for a special rate at The Gotham Hotel. Room nights on 2nd-4thJune 2024 will be charged at US$349++ per night. A US$23.95 facility fee plus the applicable 14.75% and US$3.50 occupancy tax per night (subject to change) will be applied to each hotel room reservation and includes amenities. Direct reservations must be made prior to 26 April 2024. Please contact Kristina Tinaj at Kristina@thegothamhotelny.com for making reservations.

A large range of great housing options near the venue are available for our attendees. The nearest hotels are The Gotham Hotel, Sofitel New York, The Iroquois New York, Library Hotel, City Club Hotel and Royalton New York.

1-2-1 Meeting Pods

Branded semi-private meeting spaces will be laid out in the venue to allow for intimate conversation while encouraging extra drop-in meetings.

Your meeting space includes furniture for 1-2-1 meetings, power supply for laptop and branded signage with meeting pod number, stock code (if any), company logo and promotional strapline.
