Cypress expects to publish a maiden pre-feasibility study on the Clayton Valley Lithium Project shortly after the 121 Mining Conference. We would like to introduce the story to new investors with this significant milestone upcoming for market support with the potential for direct equity investment in the company.
What recent news would you like to highlight to investors attending?
Cypress has recently announced a PEA with a resulting NPV of US$1.5 billion. The company has also completed further metallurgical study and expects to publish a maiden Pre-feasibility study in the Summer of 2019.

The key risk to the project is financing and participation of strategic partners and investors. The company is currently engaged in discussions with several potential groups for funding and/or partnerships.

The Clayton Valley Lithium project is advanced and shows potential for robust economics over a long mine-life in a strategic jurisdiction – Nevada. The equity valuation is undervalued compared to similar projects that are at a pre-feasibility stage where Cypress expects to be in 3-6 months.
