What is your rationale for taking part 121 Mining Investment?

Marvel Gold has a strong pipeline of news flow over the next few months and a number of investors and prospective investors based in London. The Company is fully funded through a recent Entitlement Offer which was strongly supported by shareholders. Marvel is interested in speaking to any investors looking for a growth focussed, pure West African Gold company.

What are your key goals in 3 months, 6 months, 12 months?

3 Months:
Completion of initial Auger drilling campaigns on Kolondieba and Yanfolila

6 Months:
Completion of IP survey at Tabakorole and commencement of large scale RC drilling campaign focussed on testing targets aimed at further Resource Growth.

12 Months:
Commencement of studies to support conversion to a Mining licence at Tabakorole

What do you see as the key risks and challenges facing your company at the moment and how are you overcoming these?

Access to Capital, People and Drill Rigs are the key risks facing Marvel at the moment. We have strong cornerstone investors in Capital DI and Deutsche Balaton who understand the small cap mining and exploration space and are supportive investors. We have a strong national team in-country led by our exploration Manager Dr. Rick Tomlinson who is based in Abidjan and finally, having a large drilling company as a shareholder ensures priority access to drilling rigs!

What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?

Marvel has a 1 million ounce gold deposit with room to grow through our extensive land holdings in southern Mali. We have a listed investment in EV1 which underpins our market cap and lends us an extremely low EV in comparison to our peers.

What are the top 3 key investor takeaways?

1MOz resource with growth potential.
Market cap underpinned by a large listed investment.
Low EV in relation to peers.
