What is your rationale for taking part in 121 Mining Investment?

Looking for market support and investors willing to share the journey in the rapid development of our Ertelien Ni-Cu-Co project in Norway, while evaluating the regional scale potential. Ertelien is a Voisey Bay style project with around 55% NI, 41% Cu and 4% Co. 35% offtake of future production is attributed to global automaker OEM, Stellantis. Strong regional stakeholder support with the Norwegian state keen to develop the industry of critical minerals supply to Europe. Net-zero carbon focus!

What recent news would you like to highlight to investors attending?

8 April: 23.3 Mt Mineral Resource Estimate for Ertelien Project

10 April: 4,000m drilling program starts to expand Ertelien resource

21 March: Ground EM geophysics starts targeting Ertelien extensions and Ringerike district

What are your key goals for the next 3, 6 and 12 months?

3 Months:
Drilling program completed at Ertelien

Geophysics completed at Ertelien

6 Months:

Assaying historic drill core for disseminated sulphides to expand MRE
Metallurgical and process testwork

12 Months:

Updated MRE for Ertelien
Commence scoping study/PFS
Infill and expansion drilling program

What do you see as the key risks and challenges facing your company at the moment and how are you overcoming these?

Challenging capital markets. Overcoming through strengthening relationships with OEMs; working with Norwegian state to develop non-dilutive sources of capital to develop the battery value chain locally; continuing to build solid local support for our projects and maintaining best in class ESG credentials.

What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?

Only exploration company globally to be integrated in the battery value chain with Stellantis and Vulcan ownership. Only exploration company measuring and publishing emission impacts. Strong local support including close ties to a major contractor and first mover to adopt electrified mining fleet. Willing government and our value chain approach. Good starting point with our MRE for the Ertelien Ni-Cu-Co project with signigicant expansion upside within the next 12 months. Norway’s best management team to bring a new project into production quickly.

What are the top 3 key investor takeaways?

1) We have a Ni-Cu-Co battery metals project that is ripe for rapid development into production

2) Significant additional resource potential to be unlocked in the short term.

3) Vertical intergration in the battery value chain with Stellantis & Vulcan ownership – the Stellantis exploration vehicle for European critical battery raw materials.
