Puma Exploration is a Canadian-based mineral exploration company with precious metals projects in New Brunswick, near Canada’s Famous Bathurst Mining Camp (“BMC”). Puma has a long history in Northern New Brunswick, having worked on regional projects for over 15 years. As a first mover, the Company quickly and strategically accumulated an impressive 44,650 ha of prospective gold landholdings in the area.

Puma’s flagship Williams Brook Gold Project comprises six (6) claims blocks covering more than 44,650 ha in Northern New Brunswick, an established and mining-friendly jurisdiction near paved roads and with excellent infrastructure nearby. The land package is located near the Rocky Brook Millstream Fault (“RBMF”), a major regional structure formed during the Appalachian Orogeny and a significant control for gold deposition in the region.

Since 2021, and with less than $10M of exploration investment, Puma has made multiple gold discoveries at the Williams Brook property and believes that the property hosts a large orogenic/epithermal gold. Puma’s ongoing exploration programs are focused on building a gold camp in Northern New Brunswick.

What is your rationale for taking part in 121 Mining Investment?

Looking to diversify Puma’s investor base. Looking to attract European investors interested in taking a position either in private placement or on-market and holding for 3-5 years.

What recent news would you like to highlight to investors attending?

What are your key goals for the next 3, 6 and 12 months?

3 months:

Expand the Lynx Gold Zone – Complete 3,000m of step-out drilling along its 3km NE extension. Test drill the other 3 gold zones identified on the property to start defining other gold deposits on the property.

6 Months:

Design and launch 4,000 T bulk sample at the Lynx Gold Zone. Identify new targets on the large land package.

12 Months:

Pending successful results, work towards the issuance of a resource estimate at Lynx.

What do you see as the key risks and challenges facing your company at the moment and how are you overcoming these?

Raising funds in a challenging market. We are marketing the company aggressively to seek new interests.

What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?

Early-stage exploration in a fantastic jurisdiction with impressive gold grades from surface with large expansion potential. Impressive 92% gold recovery with gravity alone in preliminary met tests. Puma is focused on building a gold camp at Williams Brook and management’s “‘out of the box thinking” is actively de-risking the project. Attractive entry price for investors at present.

What are the top 3 key investor takeaways?

• Potential for a sizeable deposit(s) – Near-surface high-grade gold mineralization is confirmed over a 750m strike length, 75m width and to a depth of 150m. 3 additional gold zones will add to the gold inventory. Large 60,000ha land package holds many more gold showings and targets for future exploration – upscaling is significant.

• 6,000 m of drilling planned for 2023, Phase 1 (2,500 m) completed. News will be regular.

• Proven management, positioned to succeed despite the market downturn
