What are your key goals for the next 3, 6 and 12 months?

3 Months:

Complete Phase 1 drilling announcements to the market and commence Phase 2 program at La Parrilla.

6 Months:

Continue Phase 2 drilling program and begin preparations for updated resource and restart mine plan at La Parrilla.

12 Months:

Completion of Phase 2 mine plan, release of updated resource and restart mine plan. Completion of financing to restart La Parrilla with mid-2025 production target.

What do you see as the key risks and challenges facing your company at the moment and how are you overcoming these?

Primarily raising enough in interim equity financing to complete the Phase 2 drill program, needed drive the updated resource and restart mine plan.

What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?

We own the La Parrilla mine which operated profitably for +20 years and is in very good shape infrastructure-wise. Production restart will be low-risk and has relatively low capital requirements in the near-term (target of mid-2025). The company’s stock price is also at a very attractive entry-point for potential investors.

What are the top 3 key investor takeaways?

1. Clear, low-risk pathway to production.

2. Multiple upcoming catalysts (drill results, updated resource & mine plan)

3. Attractive valuation and re-rating potential
