Tyranna Resources Ltd is an ASX Listed Company dedicated to lithium exploration and focused on high-grade, hard rock lithium assets located in the Giraul Pegmatite Field, Angola and only 20km from the provincial capital (Namibe) with deep water ports, grid

power and rail infrastructure. The Company owns 72% of 200km2 of tenement holdings consisting of pegmatite field hosting over 1,000 individual pegmatites which are exposed

within an area spanning 25km long and up to 10km wide. Initial sampling of LCT pegmatites delivering 7.49% Li2O as confirmation of its potential. 98%+ of pegmatites not yet sampled. The Company is currently drilling a 10,000m program at the Muvero Prospect.

Joe has over 35 years’ experience providing financial and strategic advice to unlisted and listed public companies and privately owned businesses in WA’s resource-driven industries. Since 2014 he has been focused on corporate advisory, strategic planning and Due Diligence with listed corporations including Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Raisings, Corporate restructuring and compliance. Joe is currently Chairman of Tyranna Resources Ltd and is responsible for communication and liaison with all stakeholders.
