Aris Mining is a Canadian mining company listed on the TSX under the symbol “ARIS”. Aris Mining (formerly known as Aris Gold) is led by an executive team with a demonstrated track record of creating value through building globally relevant gold mining companies. Aris Mining operates the Segovia and Marmato mines in Colombia, which together produced over 260,000 ounces of gold in 2021. The company is also the operator and 20% owner of the world class Soto Norte project in Colombia, with an option to increase to 50%. Aris Mining also owns the advanced stage Toroparu project in Guyana and the Juby project in Ontario, Canada.

Oliver Dachsel – SVP, Capital Markets
Oliver Dachsel has more than 17 years of investment banking experience, advising private and publicly listed corporations and financial sponsors on M&A, shareholder activism and defense, capital structure optimization and capital formation. Prior to joining Aris Mining in April 2024, Mr. Dachsel was Managing Director at Jefferies with coverage responsibility for mining companies in the base, battery and precious metals sectors globally. During his investment career, Mr. Dachsel has advised on more than $45 billion of completed M&A, debt and equity capital market transactions, working at Jefferies (2016-2023) and Deutsche Bank (2006-2016) in New York, London and Frankfurt. Mr. Dachsel earned his Master’s Degree in Economics and Business Admininstration at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and currently serves on the Board of All Hands and Hearts, a charitable organization focused on disaster relief.

Following Aris Mining’s listing on the NYSE-A in September 2023, we are actively marketing the company to new and potential US-based investors.

What recent news would you like to highlight to investors attending?

Significant expansion of Segovia Operations’ reserves and resources in 2023, leading to the ongoing plant expansion from 2,000 to 3,000 tpd (on track for completion in H1 2025), and the construction of the Marmato Lower Mine (on track for first gold pour in H2 2025), will lead to a significant increase in gold production from ~230koz in 2024 to ~500koz in 2026.

What are your key goals in 3 months, 6 months, 12 months?

3 Months:
Expanding our shareholder base in the North American (especially US) and European market

6 Months:
Increase investor awareness in the equities and HY markets

12 Months:
Significantly drive share price appreciation and volumes.

What do you see as the key risks and challenges facing your company at the moment and how are you overcoming these?

Gold price volatility to be managed by prudent cost controls.
